Install Tally Up
Tally Up is a Progressive Web App (PWA). You can install it on your phone, tablet, or computer for quick access, no app store needed.
🍎iPhone & iPad (Safari)
- Open tallyup.im in Safari (this won't work in Chrome or other browsers on iOS).
- Tap the Share button (the square with an arrow pointing up) at the bottom of the screen.
- Scroll down and tap "Add to Home Screen".
- Tap "Add" in the top-right corner.
Tally Up will appear on your home screen just like a regular app. It opens in full-screen mode without the browser toolbar.
🤖Android (Chrome)
- Open tallyup.im in Chrome.
- Tap the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
- Tap "Install app" or "Add to Home screen".
- Tap "Install" to confirm.
Chrome may also show an install banner at the bottom of the page automatically. Just tap "Install" if you see it.
💻Desktop: Chrome
- Open tallyup.im in Chrome.
- Look for the install icon (a monitor with a down arrow) in the right side of the address bar.
- Click it, then click "Install".
The app will open in its own window. You can find it in your Start menu (Windows) or Applications folder (Mac).
💻Desktop: Edge
- Open tallyup.im in Microsoft Edge.
- Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
- Select "Apps" → "Install Tally Up".
- Click "Install" to confirm.
🌐Desktop: Firefox
- Firefox does not natively support installing PWAs.
- You can still use Tally Up at tallyup.im in Firefox. It works the same in the browser.
- For an app-like experience, we recommend using Chrome or Edge to install it.
Firefox works perfectly for using Tally Up, you just can't install it as a standalone app. Bookmark it for quick access instead.
